Privacy notice

Last updated: 11 October 2026

This notice explains what personal data AgentGen collects through agentgen.io, why, who we share it with and what your rights are. The cookie policy is further down this page.

Who we are

AgentGen is operated by Jessica Feitosa, a sole trader based in Dublin, Ireland. AgentGen is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.

Contact for anything about your data: admin@agentgen.io.

If you are a patient who spoke to an AI receptionist at a clinic: the clinic decides how your information is used and is the data controller. AgentGen only processes it on the clinic's behalf, under a data processing agreement. Please contact the clinic first; its privacy notice applies to your call.

What we collect and why

When you ask for a demo call

The form on this site asks for your first name, surname, clinic name, phone number and email, and records the boxes you ticked and the page you sent it from. We use these to arrange your demo call and to follow up on your request.

Legal basis: your consent, given when you tick the contact box, and our legitimate interest in answering a request you made.

When you book a time

After the form, you choose a time in a calendar run by Cal.com. Cal.com receives your name, email, the time you pick and any notes, and sends you the confirmation.

If you opt in to updates

If you tick the optional updates box, we may email you occasionally about AgentGen. Legal basis: your consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop at any time. If you don't tick it, we only contact you about your demo request.

When you email us

We keep your message and contact details so that we can reply.

When you browse the site

Our hosting provider records basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Analytics and advertising tools only run if you accept them in the cookie banner. Legal basis: your consent. See the cookie policy.

The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We use these service providers, who process it for us:

Some of these providers are based in, or use servers in, countries outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

You can withdraw any consent at any time. Withdrawing doesn't affect what we did before you withdrew.

Email admin@agentgen.io and we will reply within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland: dataprotection.ie.

Cookie policy

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This site works without any optional cookies. Analytics and marketing cookies stay off unless you accept them, and rejecting them is as easy as accepting.
